The process was simple and quick.

The recruiter first called me, and then I had a 30-minute call with a program manager. I did have the option to interview in person, but I decided to just keep it as a phone conversation.

The questions were straightforward and focused on understanding my background and fit for what the program needed. The overall experience felt low-friction, and it didn’t turn into a long series of technical hurdles.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the journey itself was easy to navigate, and the communication stayed clear from the recruiter through the program manager call.
