I was contacted a couple months after my initial application, and then the process moved through a few rounds of video interviews.

It felt like they were figuring out which position was the best fit, so I wasn’t trapped in a single, fixed loop of questions. The interviews stayed relatively light in depth—nothing felt like it was trying to trick me, and the conversations were more about my skills and the areas I’d worked in.

The team itself came across as friendly, and the whole vibe felt more like discussion than intense assessment. I did receive an offer, and the details were strong enough that it made the decision real—but I ultimately turned it down because it didn’t align with my longer-term career goals.
