After a recruiter call set things up, I had the next conversation with the project manager, and then the recruiter arranged a video call with the project leads.

The whole process moved quickly, and I remember it taking just about a week from start to finish.

The interviews focused on understanding how I thought about the work and how my experience would translate to their needs. The discussions felt straightforward and professional, with enough structure to make the expectations clear.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I came away feeling like the team was responsive and the process was efficient. My honest reflection was that the speed helped me stay engaged, even though the final decision didn’t go my way.
