I had a good experience up front, and once the process ended, the recruiter feedback was one of the more helpful parts.

The hiring team interview itself ran smoothly and the questions were aimed at assessing whether I was a good fit.

When I didn’t move forward, they actually gave constructive feedback and the recruiter was honest about why I didn’t get to the next round. That transparency helped more than I expected, even though I still wasn’t successful. Looking back, what stuck with me wasn’t the rejection itself—it was how clearly they explained it and how that made it easier to understand what to improve.
