I went through multiple rounds that were mostly friendly, but the overall structure didn’t feel as clear as it could’ve.

As I moved deeper into the process, the “goalposts” seemed to shift closer to the end, and that threw off my expectations about what I needed to nail.

What really stuck with me was the communication around feedback. Assessment feedback wasn’t shared proactively, and I ended up with more unanswered questions than I expected given how far I’d progressed. Even though the people I spoke with were pleasant, the experience left me feeling like I wasn’t getting a straight read on where I stood.

I didn’t end up getting the result I wanted, and the delay and uncertainty made it harder to process.
