Dublin, DublinPosted Oct 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an early screening after applying for a prior role.

A recruiter contacted me for a similar position but with a different product, and the conversation immediately raised a few red flags for me. Their sales process required prospecting and selling across SMB all the way to Enterprise, and for a company like LinkedIn, that struck me as unusual.

I also felt the salary range they mentioned was very low for Dublin, which made the whole thing feel mismatched. The recruiter came across as junior and didn’t provide much useful detail about what specifically mattered to me for the role. I never really got a clean walkthrough of the team or the job
