I went through three rounds, and one of them was a presentation based on a case.

The team felt indulgent in the sense that the environment wasn’t overly harsh, and they came across as respectful and responsive.

After the case discussion, it really seemed like they took the time to give feedback, which I appreciated. Overall it felt like a nice place to work and an interview process where they were willing to engage thoughtfully. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience still felt well-paced and considerate.
