I moved through early stages until the process stalled out in a really frustrating way.

After my recruiter interactions, I was ghosted for more than two weeks before getting a message that I wasn’t moving forward.

I followed up a few times asking for an explanation, but I never received a response back. The lack of communication was the main thing that stuck with me, and it made the process feel completely unprofessional—especially because it seemed like it should’ve been handled differently.

I didn’t get an offer, and the rejection itself wasn’t even what bothered me most. It was the silence afterward and the sense that I was left without closure.
