San Francisco, CAPosted Jul 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Getting into the process felt like it depended a lot on who found me first.

It sounded hard to get an interview unless I had a networking connection or a recruiter reached out directly. Once I was in, the questions were pretty specific and leaned heavily on the STAR model.

They also seemed to be looking for a lot of sales experience, which made the bar feel clear. The recruiter I spoke with was very personable and helpful, and that made the early stage feel smoother. I didn’t end up getting the offer, but the overall feel was that the process was targeted and structured around sales background and behavioral storytelling.
