The talent acquisition team was great throughout—everything around screening and scheduling felt smooth and organized.

When I finally got to the hiring manager portion, the experience felt more mixed and honestly just alright.

The interviews were pretty straight to the point, and what I had to manage was how I came across for the role’s expectations. Since it was described as a hunter-type position, the conversation carried an underlying pressure to show hunger for success rather than just talk through experience. Overall it stayed at an average difficulty level, but the tone of that hiring manager interaction was what stuck with me most.
