LinkedIn Account Executive interview experience

It started with a phone screening with a recruiter, then I had one phone interview. After that, there was a group interview and then what was described as a “piratical” interview before a final decision was made.

The whole sequence was quick and structured, which made it feel like they were evaluating efficiently across different interaction styles. I didn’t get an offer, but the flow itself was straightforward enough that it didn’t drag on for too long.
