After a recruiter stage, I ended up in a second round that felt oddly split between personal and professional questions, even though the setting was clearly meant to be professional.

I remember leaving that call a bit confused about what they were optimizing for, because the flow didn’t feel like a typical sales interview rhythm.

Overall the process ended up totaling three rounds. There was a role-play component, and the other parts leaned into common sales questions. The difficulty was described to me as average, and I didn’t get the sense that it was unusually technical or unusual—more like they wanted to see how I thought and communicated, then how I handled a sales scenario.
