San Francisco, CAPosted Apr 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The moment I joined, it felt unprepared and sloppy.

They didn’t even provide me with a unique Zoom link, and I ended up waiting while the other interviewee was finishing up, with me sitting on mute. It was hard not to feel like my time didn’t matter.

They had me study a roleplay prompt and jump through a bunch of hoops only to ghost me afterward—no rejection email, no automated update, just silence. The whole experience left me frustrated and confused because the effort I put in didn’t translate into any closure.
