My timeline started with an initial recruiter call where I walked through my work history.

After that, I had a focused 30-minute session with the hiring manager where the questions turned more role-specific.

The next round was a roleplay: it was 30 minutes with the hiring manager, and a second manager joined in as stakeholders. That setup made it feel more real than a typical Q&A, since the dynamics weren’t just me talking to one interviewer. Overall it felt like a normal, structured process and it was moving along at a steady pace, but I didn’t reach an offer.
