The biggest theme of my interview experience was delay and poor follow-through.

After the interview, I was told my application was still under review, but I didn’t get any updates afterward.

Scheduling took longer than I expected, and the time spent waiting for next steps became a real cost. Even once I’d completed the interview, the communication didn’t pick back up, and it felt like the process just drifted without an end point.

I didn’t receive an offer. Looking back, what I remember most is how long it took to get any clarity, and how little I heard after the interview concluded.
