The process had four rounds and it included roleplay, which I was expecting but still found a bit intense.

I spoke with at least two managers across the rounds, and I also got tested on my cold/qualification call—so it wasn’t just hypothetical discussion, it was meant to look like actual pipeline work.

What made it feel different was how quickly the team kept things moving and how responsive the talent team was with updates. The overall experience was described as positive, and honestly it matched my memory: there wasn’t a lot of uncertainty about where I stood or what the next step was supposed to be. I didn’t receive an offer in the end, but the journey itself felt constructive and well-managed.
