Calgary, ABPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a relatively smooth, friendly process overall, with people making an effort to keep the environment positive and supportive.

The structure was approachable, and the interviews didn’t feel hostile. What made it tough for me wasn’t the interviews themselves—it was a specific operation analysis component they included, because presenting that type of content didn’t come naturally to me.

Aside from that, the experience felt encouraging and well-run, and I generally stayed comfortable during the conversations. Even so, the evaluation around that hard-to-present part likely didn’t go my way, and I ended without an offer. Honestly, it was the one segment that threw me off most.
