My first round was a clean, combined format: thirty minutes behavioral followed by thirty minutes technical.

The technical part wasn’t a programming exercise—it was more like mini case scenarios tied to their service lines in People and Change.

The vibe was solid. I walked out feeling that the questions were practical and aligned with the work they do, and I didn’t feel that they were testing random trivia. In the end, there was no offer, but the process still felt like a fair snapshot of how I’d handle the role.
