My process ran on a tight, two-round cadence on the same day.

The first interview was with a manager, and it felt slightly more technical than the second. The second round was with a director and leaned more conversational, like a deeper discussion built on what I’d already shared.

Across both conversations, the questions stayed pretty standard for consulting recruiting—less about coding and more about how I think, how I explain my background, and how I carry the story of my experience. I ended up not getting an offer, but the overall feel was grounded and not overly adversarial.
