My interview path differed a bit depending on background, but for the kind of process I experienced, the structure was built around multiple steps: behavioral questioning, a case-focused round, and then a final partner chat.

In the case portion, I was given a problem scenario and asked to come up with a solution and present it.

The format felt designed to test how I reasoned through ambiguity and how clearly I could communicate an approach under interview conditions. After the case, the partner chat wrapped up the evaluation with more high-level conversation.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience felt coherent and purpose-driven. Overall, it was challenging in the sense that I had to present and think on my feet, but it didn’t feel chaotic.
