My process started with a short HR round where the focus was mostly on the basics and a quick check of fit.

Then I went into a motivation-focused conversation together with the team, and that stage also included a couple of questions in English.

The final step was built around a client-style case. It included calculations, but I remember it feeling fairly simple compared to the time investment and the overall structure of the interview.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the journey felt fairly standard and paced: a foundation conversation, then motivation and language, and then a case to validate how I’d think through practical work.
