I started with a short discovery call, then moved into a video interview where I was asked a technical question.

After that, I had to complete a set of logic-math tests and an English test. The final step was an in-person psychometric/attitudinal interview, and that was the last piece of the puzzle.

Overall it took about three weeks from start to finish. What surprised me most was how much the process balanced different types of evaluation—communication and motivation felt just as present as the testing and the technical prompt. After the in-person interview, they reached out the following week. I didn’t receive an offer, but the timeline felt fairly structured and clear as it unfolded.
