KPMG Consultant interview experience

In the first conversation, I spoke with two team members, and the discussion covered why I applied and what I was looking for in that specific team context, not just generally why I wanted the company.

The questions included a mix of personal motivation and behavioral probing. They also asked about why the role fit what I was aiming for, and I felt the interviewer tone was supportive throughout—friendly enough that I could clarify my thinking as I went.

Overall, the experience felt good, and it left me feeling like the process was aimed at understanding me rather than trying to catch me off
