Toronto, ONPosted May 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied and then got contacted for an early screening interview within about two weeks.

The recruiter conversation felt refreshingly candid—more like a discussion about what the role actually expected and how my background fit, rather than a stiff checklist. It left me with the sense that the expectations were being shared openly, and that tone carried through the whole call.

The process started as a short phone screen, and it really was laid-back. I ended up talking not just about my experience, but also about different parts of the company and, at the end, even hobbies. Overall, it felt easy to talk through my motivations and interests, and I left the call feeling positive
