I didn’t get a smooth run through the process.

The early experience felt rushed and the tone from the first person I met was very cold. They also mentioned a specific pay level and that they expected in-person work in the San Francisco area, which immediately changed how I evaluated the role.

Scheduling was a mess after that. They scheduled a second interview but ignored days when I was available, and the whole communication process seemed sloppy—emails weren’t handled properly, which created confusion. I confirmed the second interview, but when the day arrived the interviewer didn’t show up.

I never made it through subsequent rounds
