I remember feeling like the process was designed like a test.

It was longer and more intense than I expected, and it went heavy on preparation. The recruiter screen came first, then another phone interview, and right away the tone suggested they wanted extremely deep familiarity with the company.

The hardest part for me was the mock work. I had to complete a mock email assignment before a later round, and then also run a mock call where I’d have to connect the dots without much hand-holding. The scenario required research on the person and their company, plus fairly thorough understanding of Klaviyo’s offerings because I didn’t get canned value props
