I went through a pretty clean, well-communicated series of rounds.

It started with a recruiter conversation focused on my background, motivation, and what I’d be stepping into. After that, I met with a manager to dig into my experience and what I wanted from the role. The tone felt constructive and structured, not vague or dangling.

The next step was a practical mock moment where I had to role-play what the job would look like. After that, I connected with team members to round out the picture—how I communicated, whether I’d fit in with how the team worked, and whether my collaboration style matched what they needed. Everyone I spoke with was easy to talk
