After applying online, I completed a coding challenge on HackerRank and then got an interview with the hiring manager about two weeks later.

The hiring manager interview lasted around 40–50 minutes and went really well.

I appreciated that the interviewer stayed calm and would explain what I didn’t know, which made it easier to navigate the technical discussion. Where I felt let down was that I didn’t receive any feedback after the interview once they decided not to move forward. I didn’t get an offer, but the interview itself felt respectful and smooth.
