Kinaxis Software Engineer interview experience

Instead of splitting things across multiple meetings, my entire target team joined the call, and the interview felt more like a conversation than a checklist.

We covered both my story and the practical side in the same flow, and the shared presence of the team made it feel collaborative. The overall tone was friendly, and I didn’t get the sense that I was being “tested” in a harsh way—more like they were trying to understand how I’d think and how I’d communicate.
