Kinaxis Software Engineer interview experience

I remember the recruiter stage and then a hiring-manager discussion, and I didn’t feel like the timeline was dragging.

Across the round(s), the interviewers were personable and the tone stayed like a chill conversation about my background plus some technical knowledge. At the end, the turnaround was fast for me—I received an offer after about six days, and HR called me to walk through it, which made the whole experience feel surprisingly positive.
