My process was described to me as a multi-stage path: an initial screening, then technical assessments or a case-study style evaluation, followed by multiple behavioral rounds.

Those behavioral conversations were aimed at understanding cultural fit, problem-solving approach, and overall skill alignment before the final hiring decision.

Even though the actual content of each individual prompt wasn’t detailed in what I was told, the overall feel matched the difficulty rating—it sounded more rigorous than a simple chat-and-coding flow. I ended up not receiving an offer, and the process overall left me with the sense that they were looking for a very specific combination of problem-solving and fit before moving to the decision.
