Kinaxis Full Stack Engineer interview experience

No offer

Negative

CanadaPosted May 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

This interview felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.

The hiring manager didn’t seem interested in my answers and cut the interview off in under ten minutes, with what I interpreted as a dishonest smile and an overall vibe that I was already rejected even while I was still speaking.

I answered every question except one, but the tone made it feel pointless to try to change the result. I didn’t receive an offer, and I left believing the process wasn’t genuine or respectful.
