Kinaxis Software Engineer interview experience

The engineering manager was especially friendly, and it felt like the early chat was genuinely just to create a comfortable baseline.

Across the later rounds, the focus stayed technical and more role-aligned, ending with the senior developers. Overall it was a good experience, and even though I didn’t receive an offer, I felt like the process was respectful and well paced.
