Kinaxis Software Engineer interview experience

My process ended up involving three separate interviews: one workflow round and two more technical conversations.

A couple of the interviews happened with cameras off, and the last interviewer clearly didn’t want to be there—there was snarkiness and the energy felt off from the start.

Even with that, the actual questions were still solid and appropriate. What really soured the experience was what happened afterward: I got ghosted by HR and couldn’t get any feedback during or after the process. I never received an offer, and the lack of communication afterwards made it feel unfinished and frustrating rather than simply disappointing.
