Kinaxis Software Engineer interview experience

The discussion centered on operations research and how you build capability around solving problems using algorithms. They spent time on complexity—how different algorithms behave—and then moved into testing and coding and how you’d go about implementing the software product.

It felt like one blended technical conversation rather than separate timed rounds, and the topics were all tied to how the job actually works day to day. The overall difficulty landed around average, and I didn’t get an offer at the end, but it was a solid, job-relevant walkthrough of what they expected.
