Kinaxis Software Engineer interview experience

After I applied, I got an interview the next day, and it was a two-step setup: a one-hour interview and a panel interview with the team. The details weren’t super expanded beyond the structure, but the timeline itself felt fast.

Because the process moved immediately after applying, I went in with less uncertainty about scheduling and more focus on performing in the actual sessions. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and my main takeaway was how efficiently the steps were put together compared to how little else was communicated in the information I received.
