CanadaPosted Nov 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied through a career fair and then got a phone call, and eventually got hired.

The phone call questions were pretty simple and focused on what the company does, along with maybe a few light programming questions.

It helped that I knew their mission and vision, and I remember focusing on the values they highlighted. This was labeled as very easy, and the whole path from first contact to being hired felt smooth. Since I got hired, the process ended with a positive result and a clear match between expectations and how the interview played out.
