Kinaxis Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Easy

Negative

CanadaPosted Jul 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

This was the most negative interview experience I had.

The interviewer was rude and clearly seemed like they didn’t want to be there. They even stepped away for an extended moment and returned without offering any real explanation, and then they started texting.

The whole thing felt hostile and disrespectful, and I remember thinking it reflected poorly on how the company operates. I didn’t get an offer, and the experience left me with a strong impression that the interview culture wasn’t going to align with me.
