I went through a three-round process that started with a phone screen and then moved to live conversations on Zoom with a hiring manager and HR.

There were also a few reps involved along the way, which made it feel like a bigger evaluation than just one or two chats.

Overall it was an okay-to-positive experience. I didn’t feel blown away, but I also didn’t feel pressured or disrespected, and I ended up meeting with a lot of people.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the main takeaway was that it wasn’t a bad process—it just didn’t turn into the next step for me.
