Justworks Account Executive interview experience

Once that was submitted, I had three interviews with sales managers and then wrapped up with a mock cold call. The whole thing felt fairly structured and the rounds were clearly geared toward seeing how I’d handle real sales conversations, not just discussing past experience.

By the time I got through the manager interviews and the cold-call simulation, I had a good sense of what they were optimizing for. I ended up receiving an offer, and overall it felt like the company had a straightforward path from screening to evaluation.
