After a recruiter screener, I had three back-to-back, half-hour calls with hiring managers.

From there I did a presentation and then a final round with a director. Even though it was a lot of live time in a short window, the process felt organized around the themes they cared about, especially culture.

What surprised me was how long it ran overall, because it really was more than just “a couple interviews.” I remember being told they were hiring like crazy, and that energy showed up in the cadence and number of people involved. I ultimately received an offer, and looking back, the pace matched the impression they gave that they were actively building teams.
