My process was on the longer side but still not especially hard: I had a phone screening, then a take-home test, and then three rounds of interviews.

Each round included two interviews, so it ended up being six interviews total after the test.

The interviews centered on customer service-type questions, which made the role feel more about day-to-day support thinking than purely sales execution. It was a lot of back-to-back conversation, but nothing felt hostile or unfair.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest thing I remember was that the volume of interviews felt excessive relative to how straightforward the questions seemed.
