The first step was a phone screen with the recruiter, and then I moved into multiple rounds with various stakeholders.

Depending on the round, the interviews included behavioral questions, technical assessments, and presentations.

What stood out to me was that the first round didn’t include behavioral questioning at all, which made the early stage feel more focused on fit or logistics rather than narrative storytelling.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the process itself felt broad, involving different parts of the organization and multiple formats.
