My process started with a recruiter call on the phone for initial screening, and then I moved quickly into live interviews with Sales leadership.

I skyped with the VP of sales along with a team leader and the sales development manager, so it wasn’t just one-on-one—it felt like I was being assessed across a small group.

After that, I went into an in-person final round where I met the CEO and a couple other people on the team. Everyone I spoke with came across as extremely personable, and it was obvious they were excited about the work and the impact the company was having. I appreciated that I wasn’t only talking about the job in isolation; the conversations gave me a bigger “birds-eye view” of the company and what the role connected
