I went through a pretty structured process that moved through several layers of Sales and company leadership.

I first met with the hiring manager, and then I worked my way through multiple rounds with sales managers. Each step felt like it was checking both how I thought about the role and how I fit the way the team ran things.

The final stage was with the CEO. Overall, it took about two weeks from start to finish, and by the time I reached the last conversation it felt like the process had gone deep enough to get a clear picture of what success looked like. I ended up with an offer, which made the whole sequence feel worth it.
