My interview started with an HR call scheduled for the weekend, and even before the actual technical part, the logistics already made it stressful in a different way.

They arranged cab pickup and drop, and I reached the ITC location around 9:30. After that, I waited for a long stretch.

They provided two programs around 11 a.m., and later, at about 2 p.m., they told me the process was rejected. The whole day felt like it was mostly wasted time for me, and that uncertainty—sitting there without clear closure—was the hardest part.

I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the experience didn’t feel reflective of my performance as much as the timing and delays. What I remember most is how long it took to hear the final decision.
