Itc Infotech Software Engineer interview experience

It began with an aptitude round, then there was a communication round, and the last step was an interview.

I wasn’t able to qualify for the HR round afterward, but the difficulty of the interview portion itself didn’t feel extreme. The bigger issue was performance—I didn’t execute as well as I felt I could have, and that cost me.

Overall, it was a fairly low-stress experience in terms of technical difficulty, but it still ended quickly for me. Looking back, I mostly regret how underconfident I was during the final interview stage, because the process didn’t feel inherently hard.
