Itc Infotech Software Engineer interview experience

The frustrating part started right away with communication—there were long gaps, and responses from the recruiter side felt unclear.

The second-round call didn’t come until about two weeks later, and that delay made everything feel negative before the managerial discussion even started. By the time I reached the next step, I was already worn down just by waiting.

I didn’t end up getting the offer, and the biggest takeaway was that the experience wasn’t driven by the technical difficulty. It was mostly shaped by the awkward timing and lack of clarity around scheduling and updates.
