Itc Infotech Software Engineer interview experience

The hiring flow I experienced sounded like the typical setup they used for this kind of role: an HR screening, then an online coding test at a LeetCode medium level, followed by technical rounds that covered Core Java, OOPs, multithreading, and React.js class components.

Depending on how things progressed, the process could also include system design and managerial interviews, plus additional HR discussions. After the interviews, there were background verification and onboarding steps before things finalized.

This one felt comprehensive rather than narrow, touching both backend and a bit of frontend. Even though I didn’t end up getting an offer, the structure made sense, and it matched the broad skill set expected for the role.
