The interview went smoothly and I was selected in the first round.

My interview was scheduled through a consultancy, and because of my notice period my profile ended up being put on hold.

What surprised me wasn’t the technical part—it was the timing. Even though things moved forward initially, the process paused due to my availability window, and then I spent a while waiting for HR to respond.

I didn’t end up getting a final offer at that time. My honest reflection was that the interview itself felt positive, but the notice-period hold made the final result feel uncertain even after I’d already cleared the first stage.
